We need a driven sales person who really wants to be part of an exciting tech start up, which uses AI to transform the recruitment process (fancy, we know).

Here’s what we’ll need you to excel at:
- Spread the word about LEAP in the region, and the reasons why companies absolutely need to use out platform for hiring and team development
- Generate leads and turn these into sales or meetings – depending on the size and needs of the business
- Research and cold-call our target market in order to generate interest and sales contacts
- Work to (and smash!) competitive KPIs and revenue targets
- Be a self-starter, we champion an entrepreneurial spirit – so you’d have the chance to really make this role your own and use innovative methods to acquire new clients
- Work closely with other departments and identify opportunities for cross sales and promotions
- A real desire to be part of what we are building and want to help us excel
